مستوى إدراك المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الممرضين أثناء وباء كورونا دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية بجرة عبد القادر بآفلو ولاية الأغواط

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على مستوى ادراك المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى ممرضي وممرضات المؤسسة الاستشفائية بجرة عبد القادر بأفلو اثناء وباء كورونا، ومعرفة الفروق في مستوى ادراك المسؤولية الاجتماعية تبعا للجنس و الخبرة المهنية اثناء وباء كورونا، على عينة قوامها (54) ممرض وممرضة باستخدام مقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية(Hadian Jazi, Peyrovi et Zareian 2019)، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لهذه الدراسة، وبعد استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة بواسطة برنامج spss0.18، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الممرضون والممرضات يتمتعون بمستوى متوسط من ادراك المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى مجتمع الدراسة وإلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والخبرة المهنية عند مجتمع الدراسة اثناء وباء كورونا. The current study aimed to identify the level of social responsibility awareness among nurses and nursing staff at the Abdelkader bedjra Hospital in Aflou, and to determine the differences in social responsibility awareness levels according to gender and professional experience during the coronavirus pandemic. The study used a sample of 54 nurses and nursing staff, and the Social Responsibility Scale developed by Hadian Jazi, Peyrovi, and Zareian (2019). Using a descriptive approach, and appropriate statistical methods through the spss0.18 program, the study found that nurses and nursing staff had an average level of social responsibility awareness in the study population. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of social responsibility according to the variables of gender and professional experience in the study .population during the coronavirus pandemic
