Résumé: This study aimed to know the effect of leadership styles on administrative creativity through two dimensions (autocratic leadership style, democratic leadership style), where the descriptive approach was used and the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 40 employees of the Sonatrach Foundation in Algeria, from which 30 forms were retrieved, of which can be analyzed And statistical treatment, and in light of this, data were collected and analyzed, and hypotheses were tested by using the statistical program Spss. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are 9 Leadership styles affect the achievement of administrative creativity at the Sonatrach Foundation in Algiers; 9 The autocratic leadership style does not affect the achievement of administrative creativity at the Sonatrach Foundation in Algiers; 9 The democratic leadership style affects the achievement of administrative creativity at the Sonatrach Foundation in Algiers; Keywords: leadership, autocratic leadership, democratic leadership, leadership styles, administrative creativity.
