التجربة التعليمية الجزائرية في ظل المقاربات البيداغوجية: تعليمية الترجمة على ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات

Résumé: بهدف تحقيق النهضة الاقتصادية قامت الدول الرائدة بالاستثمار في الرأسمال البشري الداعم للتنمية المستدامة وذلك من خلال توظيف النظريات التربوية الحديثة. وبغية الاندماج في الركب الحضاري تبنت المنظومة الجزائرية بعد الاستقلال جملة من المقاربات، تمثلت الأولى في المقاربة بالمضامين، ثم المقاربة بالأهداف، إلى المقاربة بالكفاءات كآخر إصلاح تزامنا مع التوجه السياسي الجديد نحو اقتصاد السوق. وإذا كانت المقاربتين السالفتي الذكر لم تراعي خصائص النمو النفسي للمتعلم، فإنه حضي بعناية أكبر في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات التي اعتمدت على النظرية البنائية المعرفية لتعطي سندا قويا لبيداغوجيا الإدماج. وقد سمح ذلك بتطوير قدرات المتعلمين وتأهيلهم للاندماج في الحياة ثقافيا واجتماعيا واقتصاديا. نستعرض في هذا المقال الخلفيات القاعدية لهذه المقاربات لتبيان الإضافات البيداغوجية التي سمحت للمقاربة بالكفاءات أن تكون من بين أكثر المقاربات استخداما عالميا. In order to achieve economic recovery, leading countries have invested in human capital that supports continuous development by applying modern educational theories. Hence, in order to join the civilizational trend, the Algerian authorities, after the independency, have implemented a number of approaches. The first one was content-competencies-based approach, the second one was the approach by objectives, and then the last one is the competencies-based approach as the latest reform which is appropriate with the new political orientation toward a market economy. The abovementioned approaches did not take in to account the psychological characteristics of the learner’s development. Hence, the later benefited, in the light of the competencies-based approach which is founded on the constructive-behavior al theory to provide a strong support to the pedagogy integration. This has allowed the improvement of learners' aptitudes and their rehabilitation to integrate into social, economic and professional life.
