تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا في ظل جهود هيئات الأمم المتحدة بين الواقع والمأمول -نماذج لمشاريع تمكن المرأة اقتصاديا

Résumé: ينص العهد الدولي لحقوق الانسان أن الناس يولدون أحرارا ويتمتعون بنفس الحقوق للعيش الكريم، لكن للأسف فإن هذا العالم الذي نعيش فيه يسوده كثير من الظلم وكثير من الحروب والتهميش والفقر وعدم المساواة خصوصا ما تتعرض له المرأة، لذلك فإن جهود أممية حثيثة تبذل من أجل الاستجابة لأهداف التنمية المستدامة2023 التي منها تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا كهدف أساسي وجوهري. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسلي الضوء على واقع تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا، وآمال تمكينها في المستقبل، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن وضعية تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا لم تتحقق بصفة كاملة، رغم الانجازات التي حققت كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تمكين المرأة في الدول المتقدمة أفضل منه في دول إفريقيا، وغرب آسيا، وبعض الدول العربية ،كما قدمت الدراسة مشاريع اقتصادية كأمثلة، ونماذج لتحقيق تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا، وقدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات التي من أهمها تكامل الجهود للرجال والمنظمات الخاصة وكذلك المنظمات العامة ومنظمات الأعمال من أجل إحراز تقدم واضح والقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة. The International Covenant on Human Rights states that people are born free and have the same rights to a decent life, but unfortunately this world in which we live is dominated by many injustices, many wars, marginalization, poverty and inequality, especially those to which women are exposed, so vigorous UN efforts are being made to respond to the 2023 Sustainable Development Goals, which include economic empowerment of women as a fundamental and fundamental goal. This study aims to shed light on the reality of women's economic empowerment and hopes for their future empowerment. The study found that the status of women's economic empowerment has not been fully realized, despite the achievements achieved. The study also found that women's empowerment in developed countries is better than in Africa, West Asia and some Arab countries. The study also presented economic projects as examples and models for achieving women's economic empowerment. The study made some recommendations, the most important of which was the integration of efforts for men and private organizations. So are public and business organizations to make clear progress and eliminate discrimination against women.
