اختلال التوازن في سوق العمل دراسة العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم في الجزائر (منحنى فيليبس الاصلي(

Résumé: تهدف هده الدراسة لتوضيح اختلال توازن سوق العمل من خلال اختبار العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم وتقدير منحنى فيليبس الاصلي في الجزائر خلال 1990-2020 وبغية الوصول للهدف قمنا بتحليل نظري لمنحنى فيليبس استنادا للدراسات السابقة كما قمنا بإجراء دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج شعاع تصحيح الخطأvecm وذلك اعتمادا على بيانات سنوية لكل من متغيرات الدراسة والمتمثلة في البطالة ، التضخم ومعدل الناتج الداخلي الخام .توصلت الدراسة انه هناك علاقة تكامل متزامنة واحدة بين متغيرات الدراسة ، وانه العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم في الجزائر علاقة ايجابية (طردية ) لا تتوافق مع تقدير منحنى فيليبس وهدا ما تم تفسيره بوجود ركود تضخمي في الجزائر . The aim of this study clarify the desequilibre of the labor market by testing the relationship between unemployment and inflation and estimating the original Phillips curve in Algeria during 1990-2020. In order to reach the goal, we did a theoretical analysis of the Phillips curve based on previous studies. We used the error correction vecm model The variables represented in unemployment, inflation and the rate of gross domestic product. The study found that there is one simultaneous integration relationship between the variables of the study, and that the relationship between unemployment and inflation in Algeria is a positive relationship that does not correspond to the Phillips curve estimate, and this was explained the existence of Inflationary stagnation in Algeria.
