Résumé: ملخص: الدراسة تحت عنوان " شروط ومعايير نجاح تكوين لاعبي كرة القدم في المستوى العالي لبعض الأكاديميات الدولية" تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز أهمية التمويل والجانب المالي والاستراتيجيات المنتهجة في بعض الأكاديميات الدولية المختلفة كشرط ومعيار في نجاح تكوين لاعبي كرة القدم في المستوى العالي من أجل الوقوف عليها وتطبيقها في الجزائر، حيث استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي، أما المجتمع فهو نفسه العينة والتي تمثلت في مدربي الأكاديميات الدولية لفئات سنية مختلفة والذين اختيروا بشكل عشوائي، والتي تكونت من 42 فردا (18 مدرب أساسي، 18 مساعد مدرب، 6 مسييرين)، كما استخدم في الدراسة الاستبيان كأداة للتقصي حول الموضوع، ليتوصل الباحثين الى الأهمية العظمى التي تلعبها كل من التمويل المادي والاستراتيجيات والخطط المتبعة لأكاديميات التكوين في نجاح تكوين اللاعبين في المستوى العالي. Abstract: The study entitled "Conditions and criteria for the success of training football players at the high level of some international academies" aims to highlight the importance of funding, the financial aspect and the strategies adopted in some different international academies as a condition and criterion for the success of training football players at the high level and its application in Algeria, where the researchers used the descriptive method, while the community is the same sample, which was represented by the coaches of international academies for different age groups who were randomly selected, which consisted of 42 individuals (18 head coaches, 18 assistant coaches, 6 managers), and the questionnaire was used in the study as a tool for investigating the subject, so that the researchers reached the great importance played by each of the financial funding and the strategies and plans followed by the training academies in the success of training players at the high level.
