الرسكلة كخيار استراتيجي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر
Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى اسهامات الرسكلة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، باعتبار موضوع الرسكلة من أهم الآليات الحديثة المستخدمة في التوفيق بين أبعاد التنمية المستدامة(البعد الاقتصادي، البعد الاجتماعي، البعد البيئي) على المستوى الدولي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة أساسية وهي مواكبة الجزائر لمتطلبات الرسكلة من خلال ضبط مجموعة من الاجراءات التنظيمية والتشريعية والذي كان له أثر ايجابي على تفعيل أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، ويتجلى ذلك من خلال انعاش النشاط الاقتصادي وتحسين الحياة المعيشية في اطار المحافظة على البيئة. Abstract : This study aims to identify the extent of the Recycling s contributions to achieving sustainable development in Algeria, considering the issue of Recycling is one of the most important modern mechanisms used to reconcile the dimensions of sustainable development (the economic dimension, the social dimension, the environmental dimension) at the international level. The study reached a basic conclusion, which is Algeria's keeping pace with the requirements of the Recycling by controlling a set of regulatory and legislative measures, which had a positive impact on the dimensions of sustainable development, and this is evident through the revitalization of economic activity and the improvement of living life in the context of preserving the environment.
