Résumé: الملخص: نحن هنا لمناقضة قضايا علمية هامة تتعلقُ بالحماية الدولية للممتلكات الثقافية وتأثيرها على المركز القانوني لمدينة القدس، حيث تدور الإشكالية في هذه الدراسة حول مدى كفاية الحماية التي توفرها المعاهدات والمواثيق الدولية للممتلكات الثقافية في مدينة القدس الشريف، ومدى نجاعة الوسائل والآليات المتبعة لتوفير هذه الحماية من جهة، ومدى انتهاك قواعد الحماية المقررة للممتلكات الثقافية في القدس من طرف الاحتلال الاسرائيلي من جهة أخرى. Abstract: We are here to discuss important scientific issues related to the international protection of cultural property and its impact on the legal status of the city of Jerusalem. The study discusses the adequacy of the protection provided by the international treaties and conventions of cultural property in Jerusalem, and the violation of the rules of protection of cultural property in Jerusalem by the Israeli occupation.
