Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة الآثار الفلسطينية في مدينة القدس و الاحكام العامة للحماية الجنائية للآثار وفق الاتفاقيات الدولية ذات الصلة , وتهدف كذلك الى الوقوف على الابعاد الجنائية لحماية الآثار في مدينة القدس. أوضحت الدراسة المركز القانوني لمدينة القدس والقانون الدولي الإنساني كذلك عالجت الدراسة نطاق تطبيق أحكام الحماية المقررة للممتلكات الثقافية في مدينة القدس, وبينت الدراسة المسؤولية الدولية الجنائية على إسرائيل عن الجرائم المرتكبة ضد الممتلكات الثقافية والدينية والأثرية في القدس. أوضحت الدراسة أسس ومعايير الحماية الجنائية للآثار في القدس ومدى التزام إسرائيل كدولة محتلة بالحماية الجنائية للآثار.

The study revealed the foundations and standards of criminal protection of Antiques in Jerusalem and the extent of Israel as an occupying criminal protection of the effects of commitment .
