التعليم و مناهجه في إيالة الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني

Résumé: الملخص: أثبتت السياسة التعليمية في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني ، كفاءتها كجهاز إداري تعليمي أهلي مستقل عن السلطة العثمانية بالأيالة ، تميز ببساطة أجهزته ، ومرونة تسييره، تشارك العلماء والمعلمين ومختلف الفئات الإجتماعية في إنشاء هيئة تعليمية خاصة ، فظهر لأول مرة بالأيالة تعليم خاص وحر يختلف عن التعليم النظامي الذي تشرف عليه الدولة . ولعل هذا الأمر من بين أهم الأسباب التي دفعت المشرفين على التعليم عدم الإهتمام بإعانة الدولة في تسيير المرافق التعليمية او وضع البرنامج أو تحديدالدروس ، وحتى إقامة الجلسات العلمية ، وعلاقة المؤدب بالتلاميذ والفئات الإجتماعية دليل واضح على إستقلالية التعليم بالجزائر العثمانية. Abstract: The educational policy in Algeria during the Ottoman era proved its efficiency as a private educational administrative apparatus independent of the Ottoman authority in the Ayala, distinguished by the simplicity of its apparatus, and the flexibility of its management. which is supervised by the state. Perhaps this matter is among the most important reasons that prompted education supervisors to not pay attention to the state’s subsidy in running educational facilities, setting the program or setting lessons, and even holding scientific sessions, and the relationship of the educator with students and social groups is clear evidence of the independence of education in Ottoman Algeria.
