Résumé: Patent comes withen the scope of industrial property rights and trade , under the umbrella of intellectual property rights in general , to recognize the importance of innovation and pilgrims of human societies to him , that need that involved the promotion and pay the creators to be more creative and thinking and the realization of the mind to serve the human and easy life in varios indus trial fields , wich is requires recognition of the creator, his effort first , then give him a chance to benefit from the proceeds of effort andcreativity ,by giving his invention of legal protction for a crim time , than open the way for him to injoy the rights exlusive to the invention gives him the opporunity to invest the invention and exploitationand disposition of the actions of the owner ,then he finished it and has passed the period of protection in time to the general rul , he returned to the invention is located in the king Assembly, for the benefit of the public it was a way of industrial or product or both . However,the reach of legal protection on the invention needs to procedures and terms and conditions must be complemented by a student protection , but what concerns us here is that patent additional patented invention is original , with the same stages and are required to give the sam general conditions, and give protection and exploitation rights in conjuction with the paten original invention. Summarized the elements of the problem in this study to determine the conditions for granting apatent- ins in the presence of a patent original invention of the original at the same time and determine the mechanism used to in terms of actions and decisions issued by the Registrar in the same regard , then the limits and scope of protection due the patent- in terms of content and in terms of the time demensionto them
