دور الاعتماد الايجاري في زيادة نشاط المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة -دراسة قياسية للفترة 2000/2019-

Résumé: تعتبر القروض المصرفية هي أكثر طرق تمويل الديون انتشارا بالنسبة بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ولكن المصادر البديلة مثل التأجير التمويلي له أيضا أهمية كبيرة، إذ يزيد من قدرة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على الاستثمار في الأعمال التجارية، وتسهيل بدء الأعمال التجارية الجديدة؛ وتشجيع الأفراد وخاصة الشباب على انشاء مؤسساتهم الخاصة في ظل توفر مختلف صيغ التمويل وبالأخص الاعتماد الايجاري. وسنحاول من خلال دراستنا بناء نموذج قياسي يفسر لنا مدى حساسية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة للاعتماد الايجاري في الجزائر للفترة 2000-2019. وقد خلصت الدراسة القياسية إلى وجود علاقة طردية ذات معنوية إحصائية، إضافة الى عدم وجود مشكلة الارتباط الذاتي لتسلسل الأخطاء مع ثبات المقدرات عبر الزمن، أي صلاحية النموذج للتقدير والتنبؤ. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاعتماد الايجاري، م ص م، نموذج قياسي، الجزائر تصنيف JEL: O55, C51, M13, G24 Abstract: Bank loans are considered the most common ways of debt financing for small and medium-sized enterprises, but alternative sources such as leasing also has great importance, as it increases the capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises to invest in the business, and facilitate business start new business; Encouraging individuals, especially young people, to establish their own institutions in light of the availability of various forms of financing, especially lease financing. Through our study, we will try to build a normative model that explains the sensitivity of small and medium enterprises to rental loans in Algeria for the period 2000-2019. The study concluded that the standard to the existence of a direct relationship with a statistically significant, in addition to the lack of a problem of self-correlation of the sequence of errors with the stability of estimates over time, the validity of the model for estimating and forecasting.
