Résumé: تعتبر المخطوطات بصمة من بصمات الأمم السابقة، تحمل بين طياتها حقائق ووقائع تاريخية وحضارية، يقوم مجموعة المحققين باستظهار وتمحيص ما فيما من معلومات، ليأتي دور المراكز والمؤسسات المتحفية لحفظ وحماية هذه الصفحات المخطوطة من عوامل التلف وعوادي الزمن باعتبارها مادة أثرية معرضة للزوال كغيرها من المكتشفات الأثرية خاصة وأنها تنتمي لمجموعة المواد ذات الأصل العضوي، والأكثر حساسية للمؤثرات الخارجية المحيطة بها. وتلمسان مدينة عريقة شهدت على أحداث تاريخية متعاقبة مُخلِّفة بذلك تراثا حضاريا ثريًّا جعل منها مدينة تاريخية وأثرية محضة تمثل شاهدا مهما في تاريخ الجزائر. وتشغل المخطوطات جزءا مهما من هذا التراث سواء كان خاصا بتاريخ المدينة أو عاما في شتى المجالات، وهي بذلك توفر مجموعة من المؤسسات التي تسهر على حفظها، وتشغل هذه المؤسسات مباني تاريخية هُيّأت لتحتضن مجموعة من المخطوطات الهامة، ونبحث من خلال هذه الدراسة على دور وجهود هذه المؤسسات في تبني مجموعات المخطوطات الإسلامية وحفظها، ومدى ملاءمتها مع الشروط والمعايير اللازم توفرها في المتاحف الخاصة بحفظ هذا النوع من التراث المادي المنقول. الكلمات المفتاحية: المخطوطات، حفظ، حماية، مراكز ومؤسسات متحفية، مدينة تلمسان. Abstract : The manuscripts are considered a fingerprint of the previous nations, carrying between them historical and civilized facts and facts, the group of investigators explores and scrutinizes what information, so that the role of museum centers and institutions to preserve and protect these manuscript pages from the factors of damage and time hostility as an archaeological material prone to extinction as other archaeological discoveries Especially because it belongs to the group of substances of organic origin, the most sensitive to the external influences surrounding them. Tlemcen is an ancient city that witnessed successive historical events, leaving a rich cultural heritage making it a pure historical and archeological city, which represents an important witness in the history of Algeria. Manuscripts occupy an important part of this heritage, whether it is specific to the history of the city or a year in various fields, and thus provides a group of institutions that ensure their preservation, and these institutions occupy historical buildings that were prepared to embrace a group of important manuscripts, and through this study we discuss the role and efforts of these The institutions rely on the annex of the National Center for Manuscripts in Tlemcen as a model, in adopting, preserving and protecting Islamic manuscripts collections, whether in terms of maintenance, restoration and preservation of external influences, or their indexing, inventory and digitization within the framework of protecting and preserving what these papers possess from the history and heritage of previous nations.
