Résumé: ملخص: غدا الإعلام وسيلة العولمة لتحقيق المآرب الذي يطمح إليها دعاة العالم الجديد أو النظام العالمي الجديد ،كما أن الإعلام بوصفه وسيلة للإفصاح و التعبير ونقل الأخبار و الأفكار و التواصل يشكل خطرا عندما يجتاز الحدود بلا جواز سفر أو تأشيرة دخول ، فهو خارق للحواجز بل و خارق للعقول ، ولطالما استخدم كأداة في الغزو الثقافي ومطية للعولمة التي هي مثار حديث العصر، فما الذي يجعل الإعلام أداة اختراق ويخرجه عن هدفه الذي وجد من أجله ،ألا وهو نقل المعلومة أو الخبر الصحيح. Abstract : the media has turned into a means to globalisation aiming at achieving goals that are being indicated to bay advocators for the new world or the new world system .We all realize that the media being a means of declaration, expression and transmission of news and ideas . In addition to this , communication represents a real threat when it penetrates the boarders without a passport or a visa of access . So , it is a boarders penetrator , and even penetrate the minds. It has ever been employed as a means in cultural evasion and a ride to globalisation that is the most recent point of discussion .
