Résumé: ملخص البحث يستهدف البحث موضوع العمل الخيري وهو رافد أساسيٌّ لأمن المجتمعات واستقرارها ؛ فهو سلوك حضاري حي لا يمكنه النمو إلا في المجتمعات التي تنعم بمستويات متقدِّمة من الثقافة والوعي والمسؤولية. فمن خلال المؤسسات الخيرية الوطنية يُتاح لكافة الأفراد الفرصة للمساهمة في عمليات البناء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، كما يُساعد على تنمية الإحساس بالمسؤولية لدى المشاركين ويشعرهم بقدرتهم على البذل والعطاء وتقديم الخبرة والنَّصيحة في المجال الذي يتميزون فيه. ومن هنا تتضح أهمية تنمية الشعور بالمسؤولية عند أفراد المجتمع حتى يمكن تطوير المجتمع وتنميته والمحافظة على أمنه ووحدته وتوجيه الجهود نحو المشاركة، وتحمل المسؤولية سواء تجاه المجتمع أو تجاه الوطن، لكي نصل إلى مجتمع متماسك مستقر يقف أمام أي محاولات لزعزعة استقراره، والمحافظة على قيمه وثقافته وعاداته وتقاليده.
