Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر القيادة الأخلاقية على الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين في شركة كهرباء وطاقات المتجددة SKTM--وحدة تقرت، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها تم تصميم استمارة استبيان موجهة إلى الموظفين العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة 101 عامل، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي من خلال التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي والاستدلالي لوصف وتحليل بيانات الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى شعور أفراد العينة بالرضا الوظيفي الناجم عن توافر السلوك الأخلاقي و ممارسات السلوك الأخلاقي و تعزيز السلوك الأخلاقي، وهذه الأبعاد لها أثر ايجابي على الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصور أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الرضا الوظيفي، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصور أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الرضا الوظيفي تعزى إلى متغير الخبرة The aim of this study was to identify the impact of ethical leadership on the job satisfaction of the employees of the Electricity and Renewable Energies Company (SKTM). In order to achieve the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses, a questionnaire questionnaire was designed for the employees of the institution under study. Descriptive approach through descriptive and descriptive statistical analysis to describe and analyze study data and test hypotheses using the SPSS program, The results of the study concluded that the respondents felt satisfaction with the job satisfaction resulting from the availability of ethical behavior and practices of ethical behavior and the promotion of ethical behavior. These dimensions have a positive effect on the job satisfaction of the employees. There are no statistically significant differences in the perception of the sample of the study sample on job satisfaction, Were statistically significant in the perception of the individuals of the study sample on job satisfaction due to the variable of experience
