أثر الانفاق العام على التشغيل في الجزائر -دراسة قياسية للفترة 1990/2018 باستخدام نموذج Ardl-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة قصيرة وطويلة المدى بين النفقات العامة كمتغيرة مستقلة، وسوق العمل كمتغير تابع خلال الفترة 1990-2018، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المبطئةARDL، للكشف عن وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين العمالة الكلية والانفاق العام. خلصت الدراسة القياسية إلى وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل، إضافة الى عدم وجود مشكلة الارتباط الذاتي لتسلسل الأخطاء مع ثبات المقدرات عبر الزمن، وخلصنا إلى وجود علاقة طردية ذات معنوية إحصائية بين العمالة الكلية والانفاق الحكومي وهو ما يتوافق والنظرية الاقتصادية. This study aims at identifying the short- and long-term relationship between public expenditures as an independent variable and the labor market as a dependent variable during the period 1990-2018 using the ARDL model to detect a long-term balance between total employment and public expenditure. The existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship, in addition to the absence of the problem of self-correlation of the sequence of errors with the stability of capabilities over time, and concluded a positive relationship of statistical significance between total employment and government expenditure, which corresponds to economic theory
