Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة واقع تضمين مواقع التواصل الإجتماع في تسويق الأعمال، وكيف يمكن الاستفادة من الخصائص والمميزات التي توفرها، وذلك بإعطاء صيغة جديدة لتطبيق أدوات المزيج التسويقي في بيئة الأعمال الافتراضية، بحيث سيتم استعمال المنهج الوصفي من خلال الإطار النظري المدعم بدراسة الحالة، وأخذ صفحة فايسبوك لمؤسسة جازي ومؤسسة أوريدو للاتصالات كنموذج للتحليل والمقارنة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يمكن أن ترقى صفحة الأعمال عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لأن تكون مذجر لتسويق المنتوجات ومنفذ للإتصال والإتصال العائد الذي يغذي المؤسسة بالبيانات التي يمكن الاستفادة منها، والتي تعبر عن مدخل من مداخل الذكاء في البيئة التنافسية للواقع الافتراضي. The study concluded that the business page via social networking sites can be promoted to be a caster for marketing products, communication and return port that feeds the institution with data that can be used from it, which expresses an entrance of intelligence in the competitive environment of virtual reality.
