دور جودة المؤسسات في تطوير التنمية المالية في الدول الناشئة - دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة (1996-2020)-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقدير أثر جودة المؤسسات في تطوير التنمية المالية لعينة تتكون من 16 دولة من الدول الناشئة. للفترة من 1996 الى 2020. باستخدام نماذج بانل(Panel data)، وتحليل المركبات الأساسية(PCA). تم بناء مؤشر مركب للتنمية المالية باستعمال مؤشرين جزئيين (المعروض النقدي بمعناه الواسعM2 و الائتمان المحلي المقدم إلى القطاع الخاص). ومؤشر مركب لجودة المؤسسات يتكون من المؤشرات الستة للحوكمة، بالإضافة الى الإنفاق الحكومي والتضخم والانفتاح التجاري. توصلت الدراسة الى أن جودة المؤسسات بأبعادها المختلفة لها تأثير إيجابي على التنمية المالية في الدول الناشئة، وهذا ما يتوافق مع نظرية القانون والتمويل في الدور الذي تلعبه البيئة القانونية والمؤسسية؛ في تفسير الاختلاف في مستويات التنمية المالية بين البلدان. ويؤكد ذلك العديد من الدراسات التي تناولت هذا الموضوع. This study aims to estimate the impact of the quality of institutions on the financial development of a group of 16 emerging countries between 1996 and 2020, using Panel data models and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The Financial Development Index contains two partial indicators (Money Supply M2 and Domestic Credit to the Private Sector). The quality of institutions Index consists of the six indicators of governance in addition to government spending, inflation and trade openness. The study concluded that the quality of institutions in its various dimensions has a positive impact on financial development in emerging countries, and this is consistent with the theory of law and finance through the role played by the legal and institutional environment in explaining the difference in levels of financial development between countries. This is confirmed by many studies that dealt with this topic.
