Training Needs Of New Primary Teachers During Educational Reforms

Résumé: ABSTRACT: The current study aimed to identify the training needs of new primary school teachers in the light of educational reforms. The study also sought to answer the following questions: 1. What is the order of the training needs of the new teachers of the primary stage? 2. Are there differences in the training needs of new primary school teachers due to the gender variable? In order to answer the questions of the study, the descriptive approach was relied upon, and the training needs questionnaire for new primary school teachers was used. It was applied to a sample of (60) male and female teachers in the primary stage in the city of M’sila. After collecting data and analyzing it by computer through the SPSS program, the results of the study were extracted and presented. A number of recommendations the researcher hopes to be taken into account. الملخص هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي المدارس الابتدائية الجدد في ضوء الإصلاحات التربوية. كما سعت الدراسة للإجابة على الأسئلة التالية: 1. ما ترتيب الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية الجدد؟ 2. هل توجد فروق في الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية الجدد تعزى لمتغير الجنس؟ وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، كما تم استخدام استبيان الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية الجدد. وقد تم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من (60) معلماً ومعلمة بالمرحلة الابتدائية. وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها بالحاسوب من خلال برنامج SPSS تم استخراج نتائج الدراسة وعرضها. وتقديم عدد من التوصيات التي يأمل الباحث أخذها بعين الاعتبار.
