دور التنظيم و التسيير الإداري في تفعيل الرياضة المدرسية

Résumé: :تمحورت الدراسة حول دورالتنظيم و التسيير الإداري في تفعيل الرياضة المدرسية وكانت هذه الدراسة في ولاية بسكرة لأنها أثارت الكثير من التساؤلات نظرا للحضور المحتشم في المناسبات الرياضية الولائية كانت أو الوطنية وانعدمت تقريبا على المستوى القاري و الدولي, وهذا ما أثار فضولنا للبحث عن الأسباب الحقيقية لهذه الظاهرة ولذلك إرتأينا التطرق إلى الواقع الذي هو عليه هذا الجانب المذكور سابقا, أما بالنسبة لأدوات البحث فقد استعملت الدراسة المصادر الثانوية وكذا المصادر الأولية ، وقد تم تفسير نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة أن التنظيم و التسيير الإداري السيئ يؤثر بقسط كبير ويساهم في عدم استغلال الإمكانيات المادية والبشرية، كما يؤدي إلى تدني مستوى الرياضة المدرسية وهذا كله يحقق صحة الفرضية التي مفادها أن التنظيم و التسيير الإداري السيئ له دور في التأثير السلبي على النشاط البدني الرياضي للرياضة المدرسية . Abstract: The study revolved around the role of organization and administrative management in activating school sport and this study was in Biskra state because it raised many questions due to the presence in the state or national sporting events and was almost nonexistent on the continental and international level, and this triggered our curiosity to search for the real causes of this phenomenon Therefore we decided to address the reality that this aspect is mentioned previously. As for research tools, the study used secondary sources as well as primary sources. The results of the study were interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies that the organization and Bad administrative management affects a large share and contributes to not exploiting the material and human capabilities, as it leads to a low level of school sport, and this all fulfills the validity of the hypothesis that poor administrative and management has a role in the negative impact on the physical physical activity of school sports
