نمذجة قياسية لأثر إضطرابات سلاسل التوريد العالمية على التضخم في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: شهدت سلاسل التوريد العالمية العديد من الإضطرابات خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة نتيجة جائحة كوفيد-19 والحرب الروسية الأوكرانية بالإضافة التوترات الجيوساسة في الشرق الأوسط، وقد ترتب عن هذه الاضطرابات آثار سلبية على مختلف اقتصاديات العالم، لذلك سعت هذه الدراسة للتحقيق في أثر إضطرابات سلاسل التوريد العالمية على التضخم في الجزائر، خلال الفترة (2024:Q1-2000:Q1)، ولأجل هذا الغرض تم استخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة. وقد أظهرت نتائج التقدير أن اضطرابات سلاسل التوريد العالمية تؤثر بشكل إيجابي ومعنوى على مؤشر أسعار المستهلكين في الجزائر، وذلك بسبب زيادة تكاليف الإنتاج نتيجة محدودية مدخلات الإنتاج المستوردة وارتفاع تكاليف شحنها، بالإضافة إلى انخفاض العرض، وتَغَيُّر سلوك المستهلكين، وكذا تَغَيُّر توقعات التضخم، مما يترتب عنه حدوث إختلال في التوازن بين العرض والطلب وبالتالي ارتفاع معدلات التضخم. Abstract: Global supply chains have experienced numerous disruptions, especially in recent years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russia-Ukraine war, and geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. These disruptions have had negative effects on various economies worldwide. Therefore, this study sought to investigate the impact of global supply chain disruptions on inflation in Algeria during the period (2000:Q1-2024:Q1). For this purpose, the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model was used. The estimation results showed that global supply chain disruptions significantly and positively affect the Consumer Price Index in Algeria. This is attributed to increased production costs due to the limited availability of imported production inputs and higher shipping costs, reduced supply, changes in consumer behavior, and shifts in inflation expectations. These factors result in an imbalance between supply and demand, ultimately leading to higher inflation rates.
