المفهوم القانوني للتنمية و علاقتها بحقوق الانسان

Résumé: إن العلاقة بين حقوق الإنسان والتنمية ، علاقة متينة متكاملة، فمن المستحيل أن تتحقق التنمية في مجتمعٍ، لا يعير اهتماماً لحقوق الإنسان. وتستمد هذه العلاقة حيويتها من أن الهدف الأسمى للجهود التنموية هو تحقيق الرفاه الاجتماعي، والذي لن نصل إليه، إذا أهدرنا كرامة الإنسان و أدميته وضيقنا هامش الحرية التي ينعم بها كحق طبيعي له، و مهما اختلفت الرؤى بشأن طبيعة العلاقة بين التنمية وحقوق الإنسان، الثابت أن الإنسان يشكل الموضوع الرئيسي لعملية التنمية. Abstract: The relationship between human rights and development is similar, a strong and integral relationship, and it is impossible to achieve development in a society that does not pay attention to human rights. This relationship derives its vitality from the fact that the ultimate goal of development efforts is to achieve social well-being, to which we will not reach, if we destroy human dignity, human blood and narrow the margin of freedom it enjoys as its natural right.
