Résumé: تنامى الاهتمام بمسألة الأمن القانوني بشكل تصاعدي في الآونة الاخيرة، وأصبحت حاضرة في الخطاب العام، ومع ذلك، فقد تبين على مستوى معظم الخطابات المتعلقة بالأمن القانوني وجود ارتباك مفاهيمي بشأن التحديد الواضح لمصطلح "الأمن القانوني"، إذ في الغالب ما يتركز الفهم للمصطلح بديهيًا أو جزئيًا. ليأتي هذا المقال كمحاولة لتقديم شرح شامل لمفهوم وتطور الأمن القانوني، ولتوضيح مضمونه والفصل بينه وبين الجوانب المختلفة لمعناه. قد يكون الفهم المقترح للأمن القانوني في هذا السياق مفيدا في توضيح العديد من المسائل المتصلة بحماية وضمان حقوق الانسان. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمن القانوني، اليقين القانوني، حقوق الإنسان، فلسفة القانون Interest in the issue of legal security has grown exponentially in recent times and has become present in public discourse, however, at the level of most discourses related to legal security, there has been a conceptual confusion about the clear definition of the term 'legal security', as the understanding of the term is often concentrated intuitively or partially. This article comes as an attempt to provide a comprehensive explanation of the concept and development of legal security, and to clarify its content and separate it from the various aspects of its meaning. The proposed understanding of legal security in this context may be useful in clarifying many issues related to the protection and guarantee of human rights.
