قياس أثر السياسة النقدية على الاستقرار النقدي بالجزائر باستخدام نموذج تصحيح الخطأ (vecm) خلال الفترة 2008-2019

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس دور السياسة النقدية في تحقيق الإستقرار النقدي من خلال إستهداف التضخم بالجزائر خلال الممتدة من أول شهر من سنة 2008 إلى الشهر الثالث من سنة 2019 ، حيث تم تطبيق نموذج تصحيح الخطأ العشوائي (VECM) بمتجه وتأثر واحد لتفسير العلاقة بين المتغير التابع (الإستقرار النقدي) والمتغيرات المفسرة ( الكتلة النقدية، معدل إعادة الخصم). وتبين من خلال النتائج أن لمعدل نمو الكتلة النقدية أثر أكبر من معدل إعادة الخصم على الإستقرار النقدي، كما أن تأثير كل من معدل الكتلة النقدية ومعدل إعادة الخصم كان تأثيره سلبي على الإستقرار النقدي ليتحول إلى موجب في الفترتين (t=9) و(t=10) بالنسبة لمعدل إعادة الخصم. Abstract : The aim of this study is to measuring the effect of monetary policy on monetary stability through inflation targeting in algeria during the first month from 2008 to the 3th month from 2019 using the vector error correction model (VECM) is applied a vector and one delays to explain the relationship between the dependent variable (monetary stability) and the exponent variables (money supply, rebate rate). The results of the assessment found that there are growth rate of the monetary mass has a greater impact than the rate of rebate on stability monetary, and that the effect of both the growth rate of monetary mass and the rebate rate on monetary stability has also been negative and then turn positive in the period (t=9) (t=10) for the rebate rate.
