المنظور الجيوبوليتيكي لمبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية (وفق نظرية ماكيندر، ونظرية ماهان)

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال الى دراسة مبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية من وجهة نظر النظرية الجيوبوليتيكية ، وذلك بالاعتماد على نظرية ماكيندر ونظرية ماهان ، بإعتبار أنهما تجيبان على سياسة الصين الجيوبوليتيكية ، وقد تم فحص سياسة الصين لمبادرة الحزام والطريق بشأن إنشاء ممر تجاري بري يمر عبر منطقة أوراسيا ،وطريق الحرير البحري الذي يعبر الممرات الإستراتيجية ، وتخلص هذه المقالة إلى أن الصين لن تستفيد اقتصاديا فحسب ، بل ستكون أيضا قادرة على تغيير موازين القوة في العالم ، باعتبار أن مشروع مبادرة الحزام والطريق لديه القدرة على جعل الصين القوة العظمى التالية . This article aims to study the chinises Belt and Road Initiative from the point of view of geopolitical theory. This is based on Mackinder's theory and Mahan's theory. As the answer to China's geopolitical policy. China's policy of the Belt and Road Initiative on the establishment of a land trade corridor that passes through the Eurasia region, and the Maritime Silk Road that crosses strategic waterways were examined. This article concludes that China will not only benefit economically, but will also be able to change the balance of power in the world, given that the Belt and Road Initiative project has the potential to make China the next superpower
