دور التحول الرقمي في تعزيز النظم المحاسبية بالمؤسسات المصرفية - دراسة استقصائية على عينة من المصارف بولاية الشلف

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور التحول الرقمي في تعزيز النظم المحاسبية في المؤسسات المصرفية. ولتغطية هذا الموضوع بشكل شامل، تم التطرق في الجزء النظري إلى المفاهيم المتعلقة بالتحول الرقمي، مراحله وعناصره، بالإضافة إلى مفهوم النظام المحاسبي ووظائفه ومتطلباته ومقوماته في ظل التحول الرقمي. ثم تم التطرق إلى دور الرقمنة في تعزيز النظام المحاسبي. أما في الجزء التطبيقي، فقد قمنا بدراسة استقصائية شملت مجموعة من البنوك التجارية العاملة في ولاية الشلف. تم توزيع استبانة حول الموضوع، ومن ثم تم تحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج SPSS. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي يسهم بنسبة 38% في تعزيز النظام المحاسبي، بينما تتعلق النسبة المتبقية بعناصر أخرى ذات أهمية لم تدرج في الدراسة. This study aims to highlight the role of digital transformation in enhancing accounting systems in banking institutions. To cover this topic comprehensively, the theoretical section addresses the concepts related to digital transformation, its stages and components, as well as the concept, functions, requirements, and components of accounting systems in the context of digital transformation. It then explores the role of digitization in strengthening the accounting system. In the practical section, we conducted a survey study involving a group of commercial banks operating in the Chlef province. A questionnaire was distributed on the subject, and the results were analyzed using the SPSS program. The study concluded that digital transformation contributes 38% to enhancing the accounting system, while the remaining percentage is related to other important factors that were not included in the study.
