دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين خدمات المصارف الإسلامية الجزائرية -دراسة حالة مصرف السلام–

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مفهوم التحول الرقمي وأهم تقنياته في تعزيز وتحسين الخدمات المالية المصرفية، والوقوف على واقع التحول الرقمي في المصارف الإسلامية بالجزائر واهم التحديات التي تواجهها، بالإضافة لدراسة حالة مصرف السلام الجزائر بالاعتماد على تقارير المصرف السنوية. إن توظيف القدرات الرقمية سيعمل على ابتكار نماذج عمل جديدة وخدمات تتسم بالسرعة وانخفاض التكلفة، فهناك تأثير إيجابي كبير لتطور التكنولوجيا لاسيّما على المصارف الإسلامية، إذ تمكّن هذه التقنيات الرقمية الجديدة المصارف من سهولة التعريف بمنتجاتها وخدماتها المالية، وتقديمها بكفاءة كبيرة وجودة عالية، ومن ثم َّقدرتها على التنافس في السوق المالية. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the concept of digital transformation and its most important techniques in promoting and digitizing banking financial services, and standing on the reality of digital transformation in Islamic banks in Algeria and the most important challenges they face, in addition to studying the case of Al Salam Bank Algeria, based on the bank’s annual reports. Employing digital capabilities will create new business models and services that are fast and low in cost. There is a significant positive impact of the development of technology, especially on Islamic banks, as these new digital technologies enable banks to easily introduce their financial products and services, and provide them with great efficiency and high quality. to compete in the financial market.
