اثر عوامـل البيئة المالية على الأداء المـالي دراسة حالة الشركات الخدمية بولاية ورقلة خلال الفتـــــرة 2011-2015

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تشخيص واقع العلاقة بين الأداء المالي والعوامل المحددة له لمجموعة من الشركات الخدمية بولاية ورقلة للفترة الممتدة من 2011 إلى 2015، وذلك باتخاذ العائد على حقوق الملكية متغيرا تابعا ممثلا للأداء المالي، وكل من الهيكل المالي ممثلا في الرفع المالي و حجم الشركة ممثلا في رقم الأعمال، و كذا معدلي الضريبة والفائدة كمتغيرات مستقلة، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد بالتطبيق على نماذج بانل ، باستخدام برنامج E-views 9، حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير سلبي لكل من معدلي الضريبة والفائدة على الأداء المالي ممثلا في العائد على حقوق الملكية ، بينتما لم يظهر أي تأثير لكل من الهيكل المالي الممثل في الرفع المالي و حجم الشركة الممثل في رقم الأعمال على الأداء المالي للشركات الخدمية بولاية ورقلة. This study aims to diagnose the reality of relationship between Financial performance and the factors influencing it, for companies active in the services sector in Ouargla, for the period 2011-2015, by taking the Return on Equity as a dependent variable, and the financial structure by the financial leverage, the size of the company by the business number, the tax and interest rates, as independent variables, with using the multiple linear regression model, applied to Panal models, depending on the E- views 9 program, Where the study concluded that there is negative effect for both tax rates and interest rates, on Financial performance represented by the return on equity, while the study didn't show an impact of the the financial leverage and the size of company, on the Financial performance of companies active in the services sector in Ouargla.
