دراسة أثر تسيير الخزينة على الأداء المالي " دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبارensp -حاسي مسعود- ورقلة للفترة (2012-2015)"

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى توضيح مدى اثر تسيير الخزينة على الاداء المالي في المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار للفترة الممتدة من 2012 إلى 2015 من خلال الاستعانة ببعض مؤشرات الأداء المالي و المتمثلة في مؤشرات التوازن المالي والخزينة ومؤشرات المردودية والنسب المالية مثل نسب السيولة، بالإضافة إلى عرض جدول تدفقات الخزينة واستخراج بعض النسب المستخدمة في تحليله مثل نسبة النقدية التشغيلية ونسبة التدفق النقدي. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة لا تراعي اهتمام لتسيير خزينتها، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار حسن خلال سنوات الدراسة، من خلال تحقيقها لتوازنها المالي على المدى القصير وتحقيقها لمردودية تعكس قدرتها على الحصول على موارد مالية. This study aimed to clarify the extent of the impact of the conduct of the treasury to financial performance in the National Foundation for services for the wells for the period from 2012 to 2015 through the use of certain financial performance indicators and indicators of the financial balance of the treasury returns, indicators and financial ratios such as liquidity ratios, as well as to show the cash flows and the extraction of some of the ratios used in the analysis such as the ratio of operating cash and the proportion of cash flow. The study concluded that the institution does not take into account the interest of the conduct of the treasury, and the study concluded that the financial performance of the national institution for the wells Hassan during the years of the study, the unstable financial regulations in the short term and achievable cost-benefit reflect the ability to obtain financial resources.
