Résumé: تناولنا بالبحث حماية الحق في حرمة المراسلات في الشريعة الإسلامية وبعض التشريعات الوضعية المقارنة وأكدنا على موقف المشرع الجزائري في هذه المسألة الحساسة من حيث المبادئ القانونية العامة للحماية والاستثناءات الواردة عليها. الكلمات المفتاحية: حماية، حق، مراسلات، قانون وضعي، شريعة إسلامية. SUMMARY: We have highlighted in this paper the problem of the protection of privacy in relation to the correspondence of the individual, in Islamic law and comparative positive law, while insisting on the Algerian right that the general principles and still the exceptions for this subject.
