الشراكة الأورو-متوسطية وإشكالية تفاوت النمو في المجال المتوسطي Euro-mediterranean Partnership And The Problem Of Growth Disparity In The Mediterranean Region

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في إشكاليات تفاوت النمو بين دول الشمال والجنوب في المجال المتوسطي، ودور الشراكة الأورومتوسطية في الحد من التفاوت، وقد توصلت الدراسة في الأخير إلى أن المجال المتوسطي يتميز بفوارق اجتماعية واقتصادية كبيرة، وأن هذه الفوارق لها آثار على العلاقات بين دول المجال المتوسطي. وأوصت الدراسة في الأخير بضرورة القيام بتعديلات هيكلية جذرية في دول الضفة الجنوبية للمجال المتوسطي قبل الخوض في الشراكة الأورومتوسطية في ساحة دولية جامحة على مختلف الأصعدة. Abstract : This study aimed to investigate the problems of growth inequality between the countries of the North and the South in the Mediterranean sphere and the role of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership in reducing inequality. Finally, the study concluded that the Mediterranean domain is characterized by great social and economic differences, and that these differences have implications for the relations between the countries of the Mediterranean are Finally, the study recommended the necessity of making fundamental structural adjustments in the countries of the southern bank of the Mediterranean area before engaging in the Euro-Mediterranean partnership in an unruly international arena at various levels.
