Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة استراتيجية حديثة لتطوير البحث العلمي تتمثل في كراسي البحث المتخصصة والتي تقوم على الشراكة المجتمعية بين أفراد أو هيئات أو مؤسسات مجتمعية مع الجامعات بهدف دعم مساهمة الكفاءات العلمية في إرساء مجتمع المعرفة الذي فرض إنتاج وتطبيق المعرفة عن طريق الاستثمار في البحث العلمي وتطويره لتحقيق التميز والريادة. In this study we will present a new strategy to develop the research field framework which is the research chairs, the foundation of this strategy is based on a mutual interdependence between the researchers as individuals from one hand and the institutions working in the research field and the universities from the other, by our estimation in this analysis we will examine this approach and its contribution to develop the academic and the applied scientific and enhancing the rate of investment in it.
