اليتيم والأحكام المتعلقة به من القرآن الكريم (دراسة تحليلية)

Résumé: تطريقنا في هذا المقال إلى تعريف اليتيم ، وإلى إحصاء الآيات القرآنية التي تحدثت عنه ، هذه الآيات دعت في مجملها إلى حفظ حقوق اليتيم المعنوية والمادية ، الإنسانية والاجتماعية ، باعتباره حالة إنسانية تدعو إلى الشفقة والرحمة ، ومعرّضة في الوقت نفسه إلى الظلم وسوء المعاملة . Abstract : We talked in this article to the definition of an orphan, and to count the Quranic verses that I talked about, these verses called in its entirety to preserve the rights of the orphan moral and material, human and social, as the humanitarian situation deserves to pity and compassion, and vulnerable at the same time to injustice and abuse.
