الكفاءات النفسية والمهنية المؤهلة لمعلمي أقسام التعليم التحضيري.

Résumé: ملخص المقال: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تقديم تصور للكفاءات النفسية، العقلية، الاجتماعية والمهنية النموذجية التي تؤهل معلمي أقسام التعليم التحضيري لآداء مهمتهم التربوية بنجاح، استنادا إلى نتائج الدراسات الميدانية. حيث سنعرف بالحاجيات النفسية والخصائص الشخصية لطفل ما قبل المدرسة، وأهداف التعليم التحضيري. وبعدها نتطرق إلى المهام الأساسية التي تتطلبها مهمة التربية والتعليم بشكل عام وأقسام التعليم التحضيري والمهارات التي تستلزمها طبيعة العمل مع الطفولة لتحضيرها إلى البيئة المدرسية نفسيا ومعرفيا وعقليا واجتماعيا. ومن ثم نفصل في الكفاءات النفسية والعقلية والاجتماعية والمهنية التي يجب ان تتوفر في معلمي هذه المرحلة. Astract This article aims to provide a visualization of the typical psychological, mental, social and professional competencies that qualify teachers of preparatory education departments to perform their educational mission successfully, based on the results of field studies. We will identify the psychological needs and personal characteristics of preschool children, and the objectives of preparatory education. We then touch on the basic tasks required by the task of education in general and the departments of preparatory education and the skills required by the nature of working with childhood to prepare them to the school environment psychologically, cognitive, mentally and socially. And then we decide on the psychological, mental, social and professional competencies that must be available in the teachers of this stage. .
