الصلابة النفسية و علاقتها بالتوافق المهني لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة بادرار

Résumé: هده الدراسة تطرقت لدراسة العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية و متغير التوافق المهني ، و هدا قصد تسليط الضوء على بعض المتغيرات الشخـصية و معرفة مدى تأثرها بمتغيرات العمل في التوافق المهني تمثلت عينة الدراسة في 36 معلم تربية خاصة بادرار وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1- هناك علاقة ارتباطيه بين الصلابة النفسية و التوافق المهني لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة. 2- هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصلابة النفسية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية في العمل. 3- هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق المهني لمعلمي التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية في العمل. 4- هناك تأثير لكل متغيرات الصلابة النفسية ) التحكم ، الالتزام، التحدي ( على التوافق المهني لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة This study touched upon the study of the relationship between psychological rigidity and the variable of professional compatibility, and this is intended to shed light on some personal variables and know their impact on work variables in professional compatibility. The study sample consisted of 36 special education teachers in Adrar, and the study reached the following results -There is a correlation between psychological rigidity and professional accommodation for special education teachers -There are statistically significant differences in the psychological hardness of special education teachers due to the variable of seniority in work -There are statistically significant differences in the professional compatibility of special education teachers due to the variable of seniority in work -There is an effect of all variables of psychological rigidity on the professional harmony among special education teachers key words psychological rigidity. professional compatibility .special education. seniority in work
