Résumé: سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم تجربة جامعة قسنطينة3 في تطبيق التعليم عبر منصة غوغل كلاسروم، حيث تم توزيع استبيان إلكتروني على كل طلبة الماستر 2 اتصال وعلاقات عامة، من أجل رصد إيجابيات المنصة وسلبياتها من وجهة نظرهم، والأسلوب التعليمي الذي يفضلونه، لتتوصل في الأخير إلى أن إمكانية تحميل الملفات بنسبة 83% مثلت أبرز الإيجابيات، وضرورة اتصالها بالأنترنت بنسبة 90% مثلت أبرز السلبيات، في حين أن أغلبهم فضلوا أسلوب التعليم الحضوري وتوظيفه مع الإلكتروني. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحرير المحتوى الإلكتروني بما يتناسب وحاجات الطلبة، مع تنظيم دورات تكوينية لهم وللأساتذة من أجل تحسين العملية التعليمية الإلكترونية. Abstract This research sought to diagnose the experience of the University of Constantine 3 - in the application of education via the platform Google classroom, where an online questionnaire was distributed to the students of Master 2 Communication & Public Relations, in order to monitor the advantages and disadvantages of the platform from their perspective. In addition to trying to identify the educational method they prefer, to finally find the possibility of downloading files represents 83% of the advantages while the obligation of an internet service represents 90% of its disadvantages. Whereas most of them preferred presence education and employing it with the online one. The study recommended the need to edit the online education content to suit the needs of the students, with organising training courses for them and for the teachers to improve the online education process.
