تطبيقات البراغماتية التربوية في المدرسة الجزائرية، دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بولاية الشلف

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى استخدام أساتذة التعليم المتوسط لمبادئ النظرية البراغماتية التربوية في التدريس، ومعرفة درجة الممارسة التدريسية وفق مبادئ هذه النظرية تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس والخبرة والمؤهل العلمي، وقد تم تطبيق استبانة من اعداد الباحثين مكونة من 16 عبارة على عينة من 40 أستاذ من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أن أفراد العينة يستخدمون مبادئ النظرية البراغماتية في ممارساتهم التدريسية بدرجة عالية، كما أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس تعود لصالح الاناث، ولمتغير الخبرة تعود لفئة من 05 الى 10 سنوات، كما أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح مؤهل الليسانس. This study aimed to find out the extent to which teachers of middle education used the principles of educational pragmatism theory in teaching, and to know the degree of teaching practice according to the principles of this theory according to the variables of gender, experience and scientific qualification, a questionnaire form consisting of 16 words was applied to a sample of 40 intermediate teachers, the study concluded that the members of the sample use the principles of pragmatism in their teaching practices to a high degree, as well as resulted in statistically significant differences for the sex variable due to the benefit of females, and the change of experience dating back to the category of 05 to 10 years, as Resulted in statistically significant differences for the change of scientific qualification in favor of the bachelor's degree.
