استخـــلاص و دراسة الفعالیة المضادة لألكسدة للزیت الاساسي لنبات أم دریقــــــة
Résumé: من المعروف أن الزیوت الأساسیة المستخرجة من النباتات تملك الخصائص الدوائیة سواء من الناحیة الإنسانیة أو الصناعیة. بالإضافة إلى العدید من الخصائص: المضادة للعدوى، مضاد للجراثیم، المضادة للأكسدة....الخ الزیوت الأساسیة ھي مواد نشطة للغایة. تھدف ھذه الدراسة لاستخلاص الزیت العطري من نبات أم الدریقة leucotrichus Ammodaucus عن طریق التقطیر المائيClevenger كان المردود المتحصل علیھ حوالي %3 یعتبر ھذا الأخیر مقبول على المستوى الاقتصادي و الصناعي . الزیت المستخلص تتم علیھ التحالیل الفیزیائیة و الكیمیائیة و كذلك تحدید الخصائص الحسیة حیث أعطت نتائج مطابقة للمعاییر الدولیة (AFNOR It is known that essential oils extracted from plants possess medicinal properties, both human and industrial In addition to many properties: anti-infection, antibacterial, anti-oxidant .... etc. Essential oils are very active substances. The extracted oil is subjected to physical and chemical analysis as well as the identification of sensory properties, which gave results consistent with international standards (AFNOR)
