تصور مستقبلي للتسويق الرقمي في ظل تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتطوير منظومة الاحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء حول التسويق الرقمي بالادارة الرياضية الجزائرية في شركات النوادي الرياضية المحترفة لكرة القدم، وذلك من خلال إعطاء تصور مستقبلي لهاته الاستراتيجية في ضل الظروف والعوامل المتاحة وعلاقة التسويق بمختلف وسائل الاعلام و الاتصال الرقمي ،خصوصا في ضل الإحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر وما تمليه الضرورة إلى تطبيق متطلبات الاحتراف الإداري والتوجه نحو الادارة الالكترونية ، من أجل تذليل كل العقبات و ضرورة تجسير الفجوة الرقمية وتقليص الهوة بيننا و بين الدول المتقدمة ، ممثلة في الهيئة العليا (FIFA) الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم ،و من خلال ما لمسناه في مشروع الجزائر الإلكترونية2013-2008 و مخطط عمل الدولة لتطوير الإدارة الالكترونية للخماسي 2015/2019 ، والذي يعكس مدى إهتمام الحكومة الجزائرية بضرورة عصرنة جميع القطاعات ، وما تمليه الحاجة الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والسياسية والتكنولوجية حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ،وأسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية : - ضرورة التحول الرقمي من خلال توفير الموارد الضرورية مع تطبيق ما جاء من بنود في مشروع الجزائر الإلكترونية2013-2008 ؛ -إنفاق الأموال في قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات و إقامة البحوث و المؤتمرات في مجال التسويق الرقمي ؛ -الرفع من الوعي التكنولوجي ،لتفادي حدة الفقر الاقتصادي والمعلوماتي و- محاربة التطرف الفكري الرافض للتفاعل مع الفكر العالمي.
