Résumé: الملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس وتحليل أثر جودة حياة العمل على أداء العاملين ببعض البنوك التجارية الناشطة بولاية أم البواقي، ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة تم تحليل البيانات الاحصائية لاستبانة الدراسة التي وزعت على العاملين واسترجع منها 50 استبانة قابلة للدراسة والتحليل بالبرنامج الإحصائيSPSS . توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن أبعاد جودة حياة العمل (الأجور والحوافز، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار، فرص الترقية والتقدم الوظيفي، الأمان ولاستقرار الوظيفي، التوازن بين الحياة الخاصة والعمل) تتوافر في وكالات البنوك التجارية محل الدراسة بمستوى متوسط، وأن أكثر أبعاد جودة حياة العمل تفسيرا لأداء العاملين هو بعد الأجور والحوافز يليه بعد فرص الترقية والتقدم الوظيفي. Abstract : This study aimed to measure and analyze the impact of the quality of work life on the performance of employees in some commercial banks active in the state of Oum el Bouaghi, and to achieve the aim of this study, a questionnaire was distributed to the workers, and 50 questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. This study concluded that the dimensions of the quality of work life (wages and incentives, participation in decision-making, opportunities for promotion and career progression, job security and stability, balance between private life and work) are available in the commercial banks under study at an average level, and the most dimensions of the quality of work life explanation of employee performance is the dimension of wages and incentives followed by the dimension of promotion and career advancement opportunities.
