Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على تأثير البرامج القطاعية الغير ممركزة في تمويل البنية التحتية لقطاع التربية بولاية المسيلة على نسب النجاح في شهادة البكالوريا، إذ تعد هذه البرامج القطاعية الغير الممركزة إحدى العوامل الرئيسية والهامة في تمويل البنية التحتية لقطاع التربية بولاية المسيلة. وقد استخدام أسلوب ARDL وبرنامج (E-views.12) حيث تم التوصل وجود علاقة إيجابية بين تنفيذ البرامج القطاعية غير الممركزة وتحسين البنية التحتية للتعليم الثانوي، مما يدل على فعالية هذه البرامج. كما يظهر تأثير البرامج القطاعية الغير ممركزة على نسبة النجاح في شهادة البكالوريا بعد سنة من تنفيذ هذه البرنامج. كلمات مفتاحية: البنية التحتية، التربية الوطنية، مرافق التعليم الثانوي، شهادة البكالوريا، البرامج القطاعية الغير ممركزة (PSD). تصنيفات JEL : H54،I20، H70 Abstract: This research paper aims to determine the impact of non-centralized sectoral programs for financing education sector infrastructure in M'sila State on baccalaureate success rates, these non-centralized sectoral programs being one of the main and important factors in the financing of education sector infrastructure in the State of M'sila. The ARDL method and the E-views.12 program were used, and it was found that there is a positive relationship between the implementation of decentralized sector programs and the improvement of secondary education infrastructure, which indicates the effectiveness of these programs. It also shows the impact of non-centralized sectoral programs on the baccalaureate success rate one year after the implementation of this program.
