إشكالية المصطلح الصوتي بين الترجمة والتعريب

Résumé: تعرض الدراسة الآتية مجموعة من الإشكالات المتعلقة بالمصطلح الصوتي والتي أدت إلى نوع من الاضطراب والفوضى في استعماله في البلاد العربية، فرغم ما تحققه حركة الترجمة والتعريب من تطورات على الصعيد العلمي، إلا أن التضارب والاختلاف بين اللغويين والمعجميين في استغلال هاتين الميزتين قد أدى إلى خلق فوضى عارمة في المجال المصطلحي تجسدت في تعدد المقابلات العربية للمفهوم الواحد وتداخلها دلاليا. وسعيا إلى التفصيل في مشكل تذبذب المصطلح الصوتي تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في أهم أسباب وتجليات هذا الاضطراب والمشاكل الناجمة عنه من خلال عرض نماذج لبعض المصطلحات الصوتية وطرق نقلها إلى اللغة العربية في (المعجم الموحد لمصطلحات اللسانيات) و(معجم علم اللغة الحديث) لنخلص في الأخير إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: يعزز استخدام الترجمة الحرفية في نقل المصطلحات العلمية من احتمالية الوقوع في الترادف، كما أن الاختلاف في طرق استخدام آليات الوضع المصطلحي يعد من أكثر مسببات الفوضى المصطلحية، وغالبا ما يقود عدم الالتزام بقواعد التعريب إلى إنتاج مصطلحات غير مقبولة يصعب استخدامها وتداولها. Abstract: The following study presents a series of problems relating to the Phonetic term, which have led to some kind of disruption and chaos in its use in Arab countries. Despite developments in the scientific field achieved by translation and Arabization movement, but the conflict and difference between linguists and lexicographers in exploiting these two features has led to the creation of a complete chaos in the terminological field. In order to elaborate on the problem of the oscillation of the phonetic term, the study aims to look into the main causes and manifestations of this disorder and the problems resulting from it by modeling some of the phonetic terms and the ways in which they are transmitted to Arabic in “the Standard Lexicon of Linguistics” and the” Lexicon of Modern Linguistics”. The use of literal translation in the transfer of scientific terms enhances the possibility of synonymy, and the difference in the use of term position mechanisms often leads to one of the most common causes of term chaos.
