إشكالية المصطلح العلمي بين الصياغة والتعريب وتعدّد المدلول.

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى مقاربة الأسس الإبستمولوجية والسيميائية التي تشتغل وفقها التسمية بواسطة المصطلح العلمي العربي، كما يروم معالجة إشكالية وضع المصطلح المترجم والمعرب وتوحيده وتنميطه وما قد يترتب عن عدم التوحيد من إخلال بالمنظومة التواصلية في الحقل المعرفي، ذلك أن إشكالية المصطلح العلمي في الثقافة العربية أضحت مقترنة بالترجمة والتعريب، ونادرا ما تم التطرق إلى مبحث الاصطلاح بمعزل عن هذين المبحثين، وقد باتت ولادة المصطلح العلمي العربي رهينة بوجود المصطلح الغربي وأمسى تداول المصطلحات العربية والخطاب العلمي بين المختصين وقفا على درجة تمكن المتلقي من المصطلحات الغربية ومفاهيمها وهذا إنما ينمّ عن أمرين اثنين : أولهما أنّ الجهاز المصطلحي العربي يكاد يكون غربيا في مفاهيمه وشبه عربي في صياغته، وثانيهما أن مَهَّمة الفكر العربي ظلت منحصرة في محاولة استيعاب المفاهيم العلمية الغربية ونقلها إلى العربية في صورة قوائم مفردات جلّها معرّب تعريبا صوتيا لا أقل ولا أكثر. This research aims to approach the epistemological and semiotic foundations according to which the nomenclature operates by the Arabic scientific term, as it aims to address the problem of placing the translated and Arabized term, its standardization and patterning, and the disruption of the communicative system in the educational field that may result from non-monotheism, since the problem of the scientific term in Arab culture has become In conjunction with translation and Arabization, the topic of the term has rarely been addressed in isolation from these two topics. The birth of the Arabic scientific term has become a hostage to the existence of the Western term, and the circulation of Arabic terms and scientific discourse or between specialists has been based on the degree to which the recipient is able to acquire Western terminology and concepts, and this reflects two things. The first is that the Arab terminological apparatus is almost western in its concepts and quasi-Arab in its formulation, and the second is that the task of Arab thought has been limited to trying to understand Western scientific .concepts and transfer them to Arabic in the form of vocabulary lists, most of which are translated phonetically, no less or more
