Digital Transformations And Media And Communication Technology Security Challenges

Résumé: Digital transformations provided distinctive solutions in many sectors and supported digital developments. The study aims to identify the positives presented by digital transformation applications and the resulting security problems, so that we can look at the challenges facing transformations to achieve the security of information and communication technology and digital networks. Based on the descriptive approach, the study reached the following conclusions: International efforts are based on drafting and renewing legal texts in line with digital developments, in addition to calls from competent organizations for cooperation and coordination to prevent criminals from using countries as a field for operations that affect the security of digital information. The Algerian legislator is working to develop various national legislations to keep pace with digital transformations to limit or reduce risks. And the protection of electronic data processing systems is particularly important by issuing the law relating to special rules for preventing and combating crimes related to information and communication technology.
