التنشئة الاجتماعية لمواجهة تأثيرات العولمة على كفاءة العنصر البشري وفعالية مشاركته في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية

Résumé: ملخص: في هذه الدراسة نحاول توضيح أهمية التنشئة الاجتماعية في تكوين وإعداد الفرد لمواجهة التاثيرات السلبية للعولمة وخصوصا العولمة الثقافية من خلال تأثير التطور التكنولوجي في وسائل الإعلام والاتصال، والتي أصبحت شريكا إلى جانب المؤسسات التقليدية في تنشئة الفرد، فتأثرت بذلك شخصيته بسيادة الشخصية المقلدة، وانحصار الشخصية المبدعة والمنتجة ماسبب سيادة النمط الاستهلاكي على حساب الاستثمار الانتاجي، ما نتج عنه ركود في التنمية الاقتصادية بسبب انحصار الدور التكويني والتربوي للتنشئة الاجتماعية ومنها تأتي أهمية الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه في تغيير تكوين شخصية الفرد ليصبح فعالا في المجتمع. Abstract : In this study, we try to clarify the importance of socialization in the individual formation and preparation to address the negative effects of cultural globalization through technological development and media and communication impact. Socialization, in addition to traditional institutions, becomes a partner in individual development in which his personality is effected by the dominance of fake personality and the limitation of creative and productive personality, which causes the prevalence of consumption pattern at the expense of productive investment, resulting in a recession in the economic development because of the limitation of formative and educational role in socialization. Hence the importance of the socialization role in changing the formation of individual personality to become an effective member of society.
