Résumé: The researcher takes the subject of organizational communication and quality of life among the teachers of the primary stage in educational institutions in the provinces of Mostaganem. The aim was to know the impact of organizational communication on the life quality of teachers. In order to reach the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the analytical descriptive method and used two measures, the organizational communication questionnaire prepared by the researcher which aims at measuring the dominant type of communication (ascending or descending) and the OMS questionnaire of the life quality. The two measures were applied with a random sample of 300 teachers in the educational institutions of Mostaganem. After statistical processing of data by the SPSS20 program using a set of statistical methods: simple linear regression coefficient To measure the impact of organizational communication on quality of life , and analysis of variance (one way anova and two way anova) .We found the following results: - The organizational communication has no impact on the quality of life among primary school teachers. - There are statistically significant differences in the quality of life dimensions due to the type of organizational communication in favor of Descend organizational communication. -There is a difference in quality of life due to the type of organizational communication (ascendant- Descend) - The level of life quality is medium among the primary school teachers. The research concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of them is the intensification of formation and training processes for teachers and directors in the field of organizational communication, and take attention to organizational communication ascendant and quality of teachers' lives.
