التخطيط اللغوي بالجزائر طريق الحفاظ على الهوية

Résumé: اللغة العربية هي اللغة الرسمية بالجزائر، ومع ظروف حضارية وسياسية وتاريخية أصبح الأمن اللغوي لهذه الدولة مهددا بسبب رياح العولمة ومحاولة اللغة الفرنسية الاستلاء على مكانة اللغة العربية، بالإضافة إلى الأقليات الأمازيغية التي طالبة الاعتراف بلغتها كلغة رسمية، وحفاظا على الأمن الثقافي واللغوي والقومي لهذه الدولة استلزم ذلك اتخاذ سياسة لغوية محكمة وجادة تهدف إلى الحفاظ على اللغة العربية وترقيتها وعولمتها وذلك من أجل الحفاظ على هويتنا وضمان الاستقرار السياسي والقومي للدولة. The Arabic language is the official language in Algeria, and with cultural, political and historical circumstances, the linguistic security of this country became in danger ,it has lost due to the winds of globalization and the attempt of the French language to dominate the status of the Arabic language, in addition to the minority of Amazigh language Whom asked for recognition as an official language, and preservation .This necessitated the adoption of a strict and serious language policy aimed at preserving the Arabic language and promoting and Globalization, in order to preserve the identity and ensure the political and national identity of the state.
