الصناعات الزراعية في غور الأردن في العصرين الأيوبي والمملوكي (569-923هـ/ 1173-1517م) Agricultural Industries In The Jordan Valley In The Ayyubid And Mamluk Ages (569- 923/ Ah / 1173-1517)

Résumé: اشتهر غور الأردن في العهدين الأيوبي والمملوكي بتنوع وتعدد غلاته الزراعيّة ، وذلك نظراً لوفرة مياهه، وخصوبة تربتة، ومناخه الملائم، وأدى إلى أن تكون منطقة الغور منطقة زراعية من الدرجة الأولى، وغطت خلال فترة الدراسة الحاجة الغذائية لسكانها المحليين، وقامت بتصدير الفائض من الإنتاج إلى المناطق المجاورة . ونظراً لتنوغ الغلات ووفرة الإنتاج الزراعي في الغور الأردني فقد اتجه السكان إلى التصنيع الزراعي، فأقيمت المصانع في مختلف أجزائه، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى لقاء الضوء على منطقة الغور في العصرين الأيوبي والمملوكي من حيث تصنيع المنتجات الزراعية التي اشتهر بها ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اتبع الباحث المنهج التاريخي التحليلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ما يقارب 17 صناعة من أبرزها صناعات : السكر ، والزيوت، والمنسوجات القطنية وغيرها من الصناعات الهامة في حياة السكان، وبالرغم من الأهمية الحالية للزراعة في غور الأردن إلا أنه يخلو من وجود المصانع وهنا تكمن مشكلة الدراسة ومبرراتها وأهميتها التي تتمثل في إعادة الدور الحضاري للغور والتوجه للتصنيع الزراعي. The Jordan Valley in the Ayyubid and Mamluk covenants was known for its diversity and multiplicity of agricultural yields due to its abundance of water, fertile soil and suitable climate. This area was a famous of an agricultural production. During the study period, it covered the nutritional needs of its local inhabitants and exported surplus production to Nearby areas. . In view of the growth of yields and the abundance of agricultural production in the Jordan Valley, the population trends to agricultural processing. The factories were established in different parts. The aim of this study is to shed light on the Al- Ghor region in the Ayyubid and Mamluk periods in terms of manufacturing agricultural products. for that the researcher used the Historical analysis approach.. The study found that there are 17 industries, the most prominent of which are sugar, oil, cotton and other important industries in the life of the population. Despite the current importance of agriculture in the Jordan Valley, it is devoid of factories now. And here lies the problem of the study and its justification and importance, which is to restore the agricultural role of Al- Ghor byOrientation to agricultural processing
