مخابر البحث العلمي في الجزائر

Résumé: الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو محاولة التعرف على مخابر البحث في الجزائر، كهيكل من هياكل البحث استحدث بُغية تطوير الأبحاث العلمية والدراسات المنجزة التي تترجم مجهودات الباحثين في شتى العلوم فتحسن مردودها وتضعها في إطارها القانوني اللازم. وتعد مخابر البحث في مختلف الدول والحكومات وخاصة الدول الصناعية الكبرى أحد أبرز الميكانزمات والوسائل التي تخدم المصلحة العامة، من خلال دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وعملها من أجل تزويد ومرافقة مؤسسات الدولة إلى مسايرة التحولات العلمية والتكنولوجية، باعتبارها مجالاً خصبا لتداول الأفكار والبحوث في مختلف العلوم. The purpose of this study is to try to identify the research laboratories in Algeria, as a structure of research structures created in order to develop scientific research and completed studies that translate the efforts of researchers in various sciences, improving their returns and placing them in the necessary legal framework. Research laboratories in various countries and governments, especially the major industrial countries, are one of the most prominent mechanisms and means that serve the public interest, by advancing the wheel of economic and social development and its work in order to provide and accompany state institutions to keep pace with scientific and technological transformations, as it is a fertile field for the circulation of ideas and research in various sciences.
